The staff was extremely friendly, kind, helpful and sincere, especially the lovely lady working at the reception. Our shower head broke without any reason and they changed it immediately without any questioning. The hotel is well equipped, everything is very clean and well maintained. The location is amazing since it is near the bus and tram station, multiple stores with clothes and also groceries, pharmacies etc. The breakfast was decent with multiple choices. There is also room service available. The transport from the airport is cheap, well organised and convenient.

Merisa

Location was great, 10 minutes away was the Grand bazar (slight uphill climb), in the other direction there were loads of restaurants close by (just 2 minutes away) Staff (Tolgonai and Yakup) were friendly, polite, hospitable and helpful during our stay. Breakfast was limited but up to standard, there is a coffee machine near the reception and tea was available at all times.

The location is good, the hotel staff is very helpful and accommodating we couldn’t have asked for more. The hotel offers the basic comfort. The room was clean the bathroom didn’t have any shelves to but the toiletries, the one above the sink was missing. The shower was great, nice pressure and always hot water.

The property itself was nice, staff were really friendly and hospitable. Considering how close it was to the grand bazaar and other attractions it was on our good books. It’s really great value for money and I would definitely consider booking here again on my next trip.
